Most of them know him as Jeet. A true Bollywood and Kishore Kumar fan he started his career at a media house and tested waters for about a decade giving away the lime light dust realizing his true passion for real estate.
He started his journey as a real estate consultant 20 odd years ago. Jeet loves real estate and is passionate about his career.He feels that helping his clients buy or sell their home is very challenging and rewarding.He fights to stay on top of new technology and new marketing methods, so his listings always show the best they can. Jeet’s experience with new construction is an asset for any buyer looking to build, whether it`s their first build or their fifth. He has extensive knowledge of new developments and potential lots for sale, and has several connections that can make all the difference when looking to build from the ground up. Aside from this knowledge, Jeet has helped many happy clients from first time home buyers to empty nesters moving South!
In his spare time, you can find Jeet spending time with his family jogging, watching movies, or watching sports. He also enjoys learning more about developments around the Bandra W area by researching areas, price points, and builders within each development.

Nikita
Hardcore Bombayaite loves eating Kirti Vada Pav and tea lover. Was always clueless about what her career should be she majored in Geography through Mumbai University only because her best friend was doing it. Post her graduation she then completed her diploma in Human Resource Management through Wellingkars Institute, Matunga. She had done almost 20 odd jobs before being introduced to real estate by Jeet. Nikita’s real estate journey started as a Database Operator at Cushman and Wakelfield handling inventory with the commercial real estate investors and top builders of Bombay City then. Here she did work under few of the best brokers of the city which gave her a solid base of not only handling the inventories but also corporate clients.
She was then hired at a Managerial position by one of World’s number 1 International Property Consultant, CBRE in the commercial office vertical. Here her journey started in sales and because of her strong base of almost 5 years in Cushman her confidence and understanding of Mumbai’s commercial supply was at peak which was an advantage to her as well as the organisation. She pushed herself on career ladder to head the Mumbai Residential and eventually as a Western Residential Head. She was at her peak of her career where she decided to test the waters of real estate on her own and in year 2018 she along with her better half started UpRise Realtors LLP. She further completed her course “Marketing in Digital World at University of Illinois at Urbana” . Took an office in Bandra West and since then it’s no looking back for her.
